Whisper Creek Retreat is located in Morganton, just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. It is 3 miles off Highway 515. The neighborhood consists of a quiet, peaceful, and very private spread out lots/homes. You’re close to town, yet immersed in nature! Access is via paved roads until you turn on the access road to the cabin. It is a well maintained gravel road for the last .5 miles.

We absolutely loved our time at Whispering Creek. The house and property were gorgeous and has everything that you need for a romantic weekend in the Blue Ridge mountains. Excellent accommodations (hot tub, fire pit, swings, creek, brand new sauna) and very kind and attentive host. The view of the stars from this property with all of the lights off was one of the best we had ever seen. Our stay this past weekend rivaled our honeymoon in how much we enjoyed ourselves. Worth every penny and would recommend this property to everybody.

We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria’s A-Frame cabin! If I could rate it 10 stars, I would! It seemed like if there was anything that one could ever think of when going on a trip for a home away from home experience, Victoria had already thought of it and included it for you! From toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash, along with liquid soap in each bathroom! There was a fire starter log and plenty of wood for an outdoor fire pit. Towels next to the brand new CLEAN hot tub, and even marshmallow sticks for s’mores! A nice CLEAN Keurig dual coffee maker with coffee and even a box of sugar substitute packets. I was extremely impressed! Everything was immaculately clean! Oh yea! Super fast internet throughout the whole cabin, with 4 TVs that already have all of the subscriptions attached so you don’t have to worry, including HULU Live TV! Just perfect! Very caring and responsive! I want to write more about this amazing host but I’m limited to 1000 characters.

Victoria’s place was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a peaceful and private mountain getaway, this is the perfect spot. The property was extremely clean and had plenty of space for a small family. There were thoughtful touches of luxury in each room that really made our stay feel unique. The outdoor space was just as rewarding as indoors and felt like we were nestled right into nature. Victoria was a perfect host as she was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I could not recommend this property enough and would certainly stay here again!

Victoria was an AMAZINGGGGG host! Really sweet woman and she was super responsive and on top of everything. The place was beautiful and easy to find, my only recommendation would be a heater near the hot tub but there is a fireplace there too! So many seasonings which is always a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at Victorias place!
